Yes. On every plan your card is live the day you order, with your lock screen and Wallet pass, and we check it within one working day. As an option, a designer finishes it by hand, also within one working day. Pro adds event mode: every new contact gets the event's label.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Pro and Teams start with 14 days free, once per customer. You enter your payment details when you order, and pay nothing for the plan until the trial ends; options like an NFC card are paid straight away. We'll email you 3 days before. After that the plan carries on at its price, unless you cancel or, on Pro, switch to Basic in your dashboard. There's no setup fee.
Does the other person need an app?
No. Almost every phone camera reads the QR code. For NFC they hold their phone to your card; iPhones from the XS on and nearly every Android phone with NFC can do that.
Can I edit my card myself?
Yes, as often as you like, in your dashboard. Your QR code, Wallet pass and NFC card keep working.
What happens if I stop?
Stop during the free trial and you pay nothing for the plan. At the end of the trial or of the period you paid for, your card is paused and only shows your name. Six months later we delete it, with its contacts and statistics. So download your contacts before then.
Where is the data stored?
Our database is in Frankfurt, in the EU. Our team manages it from outside the EU, and a few of our service providers are in the US; the privacy policy has the details. Your card uses no cookies and we don't store visitors' IP addresses.
Which currency do I pay in?
The currency of the country you're in, in eleven currencies: from dollar, euro and pound to dirham, riyal and Singapore dollar. Elsewhere you pay in US dollars. You can switch any time.
Can it run on my own domain?
Yes, as a one-off option. With Teams it's included for the company card: the card of whoever orders, on e.g. card.yourcompany.com.
